Fall Help cameras use a Patented Process to detect falls, wandering and unusual periods of in-activity once an event is detected a video clip of the event is sent to the cloud for AI to confirm the event then format and send alerts to any number of people.
Alerts
Detection uploads a video clip of the actual fall then calls the home where the fall occurred. If the phone is answered the process ends. If there's no answer text messages and voice calls are sent to emergency contacts with video of the fall.
Privacy - No Streaming or Live Monitoring
Fall Help doesn't stream video therefore the devices are less vulnerable to a hack. The system uses API's to send messages to the cloud that track movement and device status. All video is kept in the home until an incident occurs.
